Textile Tuesdays: Wool Striped Bustle Dress

I can't decide if I love or hate this dress, which was recently sold by Vintage Textile. It's certainly striking. The dark stripes, the shiny satin trim, the fringe...it's a bit much. But also fun and unique. Clearly the original owner had no qualms about making a statement.

    It has fringe on it. Nuff said. It must die. If it didn't have fringe, it would be fabulous!
