Steampunk Stroll in Harpers Ferry

This past weekend I went to Harpers Ferry with Isabella!

The weather was uncooperative, as it was misting and drizzling most of the time we were there. But this actually made for some nice atmospheric photos. My outfit was warm enough that a couple hours of that weather didn't bother me much. We still climbed the big hill up to the church and cemetary, despite the rain.

The organized event itself was a stroll up the main street in historic Harpers Ferry. We stopped at local stores for shopping along the way, and ended up at Steam at Harpers Ferry for tea and cookies. A whole bunch of folks made it out even with the rain. I enjoyed seeing some of the shops I hadn't visited before. Lots of neat artisan goods. I bought some jewelry and some candy made from historic recipes. The walk was led by The Steampunk Family.

On to photos!
