Textile Tuesdays: Cotton Print Caraco

This cute piece was auctioned by Christies recently. I love the tight long sleeves and the ruffle-like peplum. The narrow back is a feature that would be incorporated into early regency-style gowns just a few years later. The cotton print looks a lot like a flowery modern quilting fabric.
